212(d)(3) Waiver Approved in Kingston

Another successful waiver application!  This approval came as a great relief as it was an emergency.  Our client and his wife had a baby August.   Unfortunately, the baby had to be flown to Miami Children’s Medical as he was having prenatal seizures. Our client’s biggest fear had come true as his wife and baby were in the United States and he was afraid he would not be admitted because of an old arrest for marijuanna possession.  We had him apply for a tourist visa and a 212(d)(3) waiver.  In less than one month, the waiver request was approved.  We are happy to report that the baby is doing well now and our client can travel with his wife and new son for follow-up appointments in Miami.
