Individual Clients
At the consultation, an attorney will provide you with a detailed analysis of your immigration needs, problems and a strategy for achieving your immigration goals. We will discuss timing and costs involved in achieving the results sought. Prior to a consultation, we ask that potential clients gather copies of their resume and copies of immigration-related documents, including passport, I-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Department of Labor, the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court. Complete copies of any criminal records also are essential. Please either bring the documents with you to your in-person consultation meeting, or transmit them at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled telephonic consultation.
To schedule a consultation, please complete the following steps:
Please call Lizzie Rodriguez or email to schedule a mutually convenient time for a telephonic or in-person consultation. If you schedule a telephonic consultation, she will provide you with a Client Intake Questionnaire which we ask you to fill out and provide to us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation.
We require payment of the consultation fee prior to your telephonic appointment or at your in-person consultation. Payment can be by check, money order or credit card (Visa, AMEX, MasterCard and Discover) for telephonic consultations. In addition to those forms of payment, we also accept cash for in-person consultations.
Please be on time for your scheduled consultation. If you are unavoidably delayed, or need to cancel, please call the office and let us know.
