The firm also has significant in experience in successfully reopening immigration proceedings where an individual has previously been ordered deported. We have obtained much success in filing Motions to Reopen based on in absentia orders, Motions to Reopen based on changed country conditions or changed circumstances, Motions to Reopen for Ineffective Assistance of Counsel, and Joint Motions to Reopen in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security.
