Location
We are conveniently located in the Wachovia Financial center at the heart of Miami's downtown business district. The building is located on South Biscayne Boulevard between SE 2nd and SE 3rd Streets. Our offices are in Suite 3150.

Public Transportation
The closest Metromover Station is the Bayfront Metro Station. The closest Metrorail Station is the Government Center Station. Transfer to the Downtown or Omni Loop to reach the Bayfront Metro Station.

Parking
Visitor parking is available on the street and in the Wachovia Financial Center. Valet parking is available on the 5th floor. The valet service is complimentary, but visitors will pay the indicated hourly rates.

Driving Directions:

Coming from north of downtown Miami:

Take I-95 South to downtown Miami.
Take the Miami Avenue exit (Exit 2C) to Downtown/Biscayne
Boulevard/Brickell Avenue
Follow the signs to Biscayne Boulevard
Bear right at SE 3rd Street, the building will be on your left.
Go around the building and turn left onto SE 2nd Street
The Wachovia Financial Center parking garage will be on the left.

Coming from south of downtown Miami:

Take I-95 North to downtown Miami.
Take the US-1 exit (Exit 2A) to Biscayne Boulevard/Downtown and go 0.4 miles
Take the SE 2nd Avenue ramp to Biscayne Boulevard and go 0.2 miles
Bear right at SE 3rd Street, the building will be on your left.
Go around the building and turn left onto SE 2nd Street
The Wachovia Financial Center parking garage will be on the left
