Consultation

At the consultation, an attorney will provide you with a detailed analysis of your immigration needs, problems and a strategy for achieving your immigration goals. We will discuss timing and costs involved in achieving the results sought. We will also provide consultations by telephone, if desired.

Prior to a consultation, we ask that potential clients send copies of their resume and copies of all immigration-related documents, including passport, I-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Department of Labor, the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court. Complete copies of any criminal records also are essential. Potential clients who have scheduled telephonic consultations must provide these documents prior to the consultation, either by e-mail, mail or by fax. All immigration-related documents should be brought to an in-person consultation.
